there seems to be times

when i have to pause

the thoughts in my head

seem conflicting, 'cause

 rather than try

to struggle about

i do not ask why

i just paint it out

it’s a puzzle indeed

but maybe that’s good

Has put us in the mood

For a picnic at brunch

That lasts until lunch

Our silly girl talk

Became a long lazy walk

Then jauntily jogged

In our sporty running togs

We made it home safe

Where nap-time awaits!
