‘cept back in the store

by the frozen food door

where I pretend to stock up

on fudgesicle pops

but truth to be told

it’s just good to feel cold!

standing proud on high heeled shoe   

with dignity and grace

they give their dine-ees taste-

ee nectar, crunchy seeds

to my butterflies, birds’n bees
