When Life Hands You Lemons

curiouser and curiouser
it seems to me
this spring is the bomb
at flirting you see
‘cause just when you feel
a warm gentle breeze
a sun so friendly
you’re relaxin’ indeed
a cold front blows in
equipped with more snow
it spreads itself out
and i want to shout
oh yes there’s the rub
when springtime has come
those idyllic days

are quickly undone….
