as we wonder why
that sax in the sky
thinks he is the best
above all the rest
atop that drumset
we think he’s inept
at sharing the tunes
with those other dudes
who righteously spew
the harmonies they knew
would work with the sax
‘cause it’s just a fact
they don’t want a “spat”
with a sax that’s a brat!
